Kennari's voice pierces the air. It's much sharper than Stella's, much less comforting, but with a unique sort of presence to it, as if the world is bent to her words.
Kennari: What are you doing out here?
CG: Oh, you know, just messing around.
Kennari: Out in the cold? Don't give me that, I heard you talking.
CG: What? I was just practicing incantations.
Kennari: Those are the most conversational incantations I've ever heard.
CG: Well, yeah, they have to sound like a conversation or else people will overhear.
Kennari: What?
CG: If I'm in a crowd or something, I need to cast spells like it's a normal conversation so people don't think it's odd.
Kennari: Or just whisper it?
CG: I mean, yeah, I guess that works too.
Kennari: No, dude, I heard you talking. Conversation. What were you-
Kennari: You brought someone here.
CG: What?
Kennari: Oh, gods, why would you do that?
CG: I didn't! Do you think I'm stupid?
Kennari: No, but you are a child.
CG: Well, there is no one here. I promise.
Kennari: We'll see. Stay here.
